If that is what you are asking it shows the face of the current hero you are using, same goes for br.

It isnt any of that because my friends on my friends list also have a profile picture some of default skins and some of other skins, i think it is the only favorite skin you have, but im not sure.

And when i have my hero on in br it just comes.
